I have had this blog for a couple years and have been sporatically contributing at best. I have decided to take the plunge and to get a proper domian and get real & focus a bit more on my blog. I find writing here very therapeutic and I hope that in some small way my thoughts, lessons learned and ideas can and do help my readers as they make there way through life in their technology companies.
